Mont Blanc, often referred to as the ‘Roof of Europe’ is the highest peak in the Alps and Western Europe, and the world’s third-ranking most visited natural area.

The Marathon du Mont Blanc is an annual marathon distance (42.195 km) alpine trail-running event held in Chamonix, France. The Marathon du Mont Blanc race is the titular event but the name also refers to the group of longer and shorter distance races one or more of which competitors can compete in over a three-day period starting on the last Friday in June.

The 80km race is held on Friday and the Cross race of 23km will be held on Saturday.  The marathon race of 42km is held on the Sunday of the race weekend.

Being there itself at Mont Blanc will leave you awestruck by the majesty of the mountains, and when you get onto the trails, you will experience the beauty of nature and feel the oneness with the Universe. Finishing the race is a bonus.
